MAL/H&S/007 – INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF HEALTH & SAFETY SUPERVISION SERVICES FOR 267 APARTMENTS AND 228 GARAGES AT TRIQ IR-RUSSETT ABJAD, TRIQ TAL-VITORJA, TRIQ ĠDID MINN TRIQ L-ASTUN ISWED,ĦAL FARRUĠ, MALTA
The project forms part of the Central Government’s agenda driving a programme for the provision of affordable housing to low-income families. A number of sites across Malta have been identified and planning permits gained for their construction.
This Contract is for the Health and Safety Supervision Services to be carried out during construction of one (1) site which, once developed, shall provide a total of two hundred sixty seven (267) residential units and two hundred twenty eight (228) car parking spaces in Triq ir-Russett Abjad, Triq tal-Vitorja Triq Gdid minn Triq l-Astun Iswed, Hal-Farrug, Malta.
Planning Permission for the construction of this new development has been approved in PA/03091/20.
The Health and Safety Supervision services shall cover the whole process of construction, finishing and M&E works and installations. Excavation works have already been carried out or shall be carried out under a separate contract.
