The scope of this ITT is to award a Contract of Works. The Development shall include the construction works of new affordable housing units at an undeveloped site at Triq ir-Russett Abjad / Triq tal-Vitorja / Triq Ġdid minn Triq L-Astun Iswed, Ħal Farruġ, Luqa, Malta. The proposed scheme includes the construction of 2 (two) basement levels of garages and parking spaces, 8 (eight) floors of residential dwellings and roof space. The block shall consist of a total of 89 (eighty-nine) apartments, 15 (fifteen) parking spaces and 76 (seventy-six) garages.
